On August 9, 2012 we visited our 9th Park in our 7th State

This is the Saint Croix National Scenic River/Riverway in St Croix, Wisconsin.

"The St. Croix and Namekagon Rivers offer 255 miles of clean water gliding or rushing past a lush green landscape, with glimpses of human presence.  Choose to canoe and camp amid the Northwoods, or boat and fish surrounded by wooded bluffs and historic towns.  This river corridor provides bountiful scenic views and a haven for wildlife near a major metropolitan area.  Plan a visit!"

These two rivers are pristine and offer miles of recreational possibilities and a wonderful habitat for many species of wildlife.

This is the barrier protecting to top of the St Croix Falls, which aren't visible from this point.

There is a good film about to two rivers, but this is really an administrative site.  There is really no reason to visit this Visitor's Center other than to get the Park Stamp.

The HQ is a nice building located in a natural setting in downtown St. Croix, WI

It is raining, we are out of here, bye!!
